Appointments

We run all our surgeries by an appointment-only system. Appointments can be booked by telephoning the surgery, visiting the surgery in person or online using Systmonline or by using eConsult.

We try to make sure you see the doctor of your choice but if they are not available we may ask you to see another doctor.

You need to register to use our online appointment booking service and this is best done in person at the surgery. Please speak to one of our receptionists.

Home visits

If you are too ill to come to the surgery and you require a visit at home, please call the surgery before 10.30am. Home visits take up more of a doctor’s time than a consultation in the surgery, so if you are mobile please come into the surgery to be seen.

Self referral

You can access many services directly without the need to contact the practice. Please use the links below to refer yourself to these services.

Extended access appointments

Through our partnership with Brighton and Hove Federation, patients now have access to additional appointments from 18.30 to 20.00 weekdays and 09.00 to 17.00 Saturday and Sunday. These include remote and face to face GP appointments as well as appointments with a nurse, pharmacist or health care assistant. Specialist clinics are also being planned (e.g. menopause).

Please refer to the Federations website https://www.brightonandhovefed.co.uk/enhanced-access for updates.

Access to these clinics is by contacting the surgery in the normal way. These appointments might be held at a different location to the surgery and are subject to availability.
