The Surgery has an established Patient Participation Group (PPG). We want to hear from our Patients and Carers, about your experiences of the surgery and your ideas for improvement and change.
About our PPG
The PPG will meet with surgery staff every 6 to 8 weeks, usually on a Saturday morning.

Hangleton and Knoll Health Forum
We also participate in the Hangleton and Knoll Health Forum at St Richards Church. Patients will be very welcome at both the PPG meetings and the H&K Forums.
Our ‘Online’ Patient Reference Group (PRG)
This is for people who would prefer to contribute via email rather than attend ‘face to face’ meetings. Our ‘online’ Patient Reference Group will enable patients to participate in consultation and discussion in order to improve patient experience.
